Second weekend in Jakarta

Saturday we went to the ice rink with the two boys which was located very suprisingly in the middle of a mall. It was very strange to ice skate when you are in the tropics. One moment you stand sweaty in the sun with a temperature of 32 degrees and the next moment you stand on yourice skates. Unfortunately it was pretty busy at the ice rink so you could not skate very hard. During the ice skating I saw the two boys more with their ass on the ice than with their ice skates. After that we had dinner. We had a look around in the mall and went home.
Today on 4 May there was a rememberance day in Jakarta for the dutch victims of the second world war. After the speech of the dutch embassador we had two minutes of silence and sang 'Wilhelmus'. It was very impressive. After that we had dinner and ate traditional food in the mall. After that we went home and tomorrow will be the fiirst day of our internship. I'm very curious what that would be like!
