Reis en de eerste dag Yogjakarta

Saturday 19 april it was finally time, we were leaving to Indonesia. Our flight would leave at 15:30 so we decided to depart at 11:30 to the airport. After we checked-in, which took pretty long because the suitcase of Elysa was too heavy, we said goodbye to our families. This part took also pretty long because some people had a difficult time saying goodbye. After the passport controle we thought we had time to drink Starbucks. This turned out to be different after we heard our names through the speakers with the message we should come to the gate immediately, which was allready closing. After a long flight we finally arrived in Jakarta.

Day 1:
The first day we swam in the swimmingpool and took it slow because of the long journey. The other reason was because we knew we had to get up at 2 o'clock in the morning because we had to catch the next flight to Yogjakarta.

Day 2:
We arrived in Yogjakarta around 6 in the morning and drove to our hotel to drop our suitcases. after that we visited the Borobodour temple from the buddhas. It was one of the most spectacular things I have ever seen. Everything was made without machines or concrete. After we saw the Borobodour we visited an active vulcano. With a jeep we went into the jungle and rode on the places the lava streamed out of the volcano. This was very impressive. The day was full of new impressions and I enjoyed them all. I am very curious about tomorrow.
